Click hereThe support we have from employers is essential to keeping our fire engines available, especially during the day. These employers agree to release their staff to attend incidents while at work, without their support the number of available fire engines would be significantly reduced. Their ongoing commitment to helping the community is invaluable to both the service and the community in Suffolk, this comes at no small cost to themselves which makes them a key part of our team.
Below are just some of the employers who currently release their employees. If you are an employer who can help support us please get in touch by emailing sfrs.recruitment@suffolk.gov.uk

The support from the community in Suffolk and the surrounding areas is key to enabling the service to operate how we do. Without the support from the local residents in accommodating safety visits, educational talks, invites to community events and the ongoing vigilance in reporting incidents the service wouldn’t be able to have the impact that we do.
